Schedules are subject to change or cancellation depending on weather conditions. The shipowner reserves the right to cancel the ticket in the event of an insufficient number of passengers. No liability can be attributed to the shipowner in the event of theft, loss or damage to personal objects of passengers on board the ship. Pregnant women and people with a disability, physical or health problem of any kind are required to report this at the time of booking. The ticket price includes the Barnier tax for protected areas. In the event of cancellation on our part, the entire amount incurred will be refunded. In the event of cancellation by the customer less than 48 hours before departure, the amount incurred is due in full. Accepted means of payment are credit card, cash, check, ANCV (up to 50% of the total amount).

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
