When you arrive at the Domaine de Pratavone, located in the heart of the Ajaccio PDO, you'll be warmly welcomed by our team for an authentic immersion in the life of the estate.

We'll kick things off with a look at our family history and philosophy, which is all about respecting the land and Corsican traditions.
You'll then discover our winemaking and aging cellar, where we'll explain the different stages of creating our vintages: from harvest to bottling. You'll see the oak barrels, the stainless steel vats, and learn how the unique balance of our wines is born.

The tour continues in our tasting cellar, where you'll enjoy a guided tasting of several vintages from the estate. Each wine will be presented in its context, with explanations about the grape varieties and possible pairings.

To enhance this experience, a small "nustrale" snack made up of Corsican specialties will accompany the tasting. A warm and friendly moment of sharing, which will immerse you in the soul of the Corsican terroir and leave you with an authentic memory of the Domaine de Pratavone.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The meeting is directly at the Domaine de Pratavone, in Cognocoli-Monticchi (20123), about 50 minutes from Ajaccio and 30 minutes from Propriano. A "Domaine de Pratavone" sign is visible at the entrance. The parking lot is right in front of the vault. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a member of our team inside the tasting cellar.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
