Check in with your Crown Tours host at least 30 minutes before your activity start time. Our meeting point is located in the small park next to the ticket line (entrance 1) on Allée Léon-Bourgeois. Our staff will be easy to recognize wearing a purple Crown Tours jacket. Please note summit access may be closed in the event of high winds, without notice, in such cases a partial refund will be issued TO REDEEM YOUR RIVER CRUISE A river cruise voucher will be shared with you at the time of your booking. Simply show you voucher at the redemption point. Board at Port de la Bourdonnais (at the foot of the Eiffel Tower) at pontoon no. 3. Look for the "Bateaux Parisiens" logo. The Seine river cruise runs from 10am till 10pm daily and departs every 30 minutes.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
