IMPORTANT INFORMATION
At the 3D TrickArt Museum, you can drop off your bags and jackets at the cloakroom. Larger luggage and strollers aren't allowed in the exhibition, but you can safely park them.

The museum is wheelchair accessible with an elevator and wheelchair-friendly toilets, but the artworks themselves aren't suitable for driving on.

Important note:
Tickets booked through GetYourGuide don't have fixed time slots. Just a heads up, if there's a big crowd, especially during peak times, you might have to wait at the entrance, even with a valid ticket.

Comfy clothes and flat shoes are the way to go, no high heels allowed

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
