Day 1 : ACCRA, GHANA IN
Upon arrival at the Airport, you will be greeted with African drums and music. Enjoy a welcome dinner at Skybar25, the city's tallest rooftop bar. (Welcome performance associated with Groups)
Day 2 : TAMALE | MOLE NATIONAL PARK | ZAINA LODGE | EVENING SAFARI
Zaina Lodge promises an unforgettable stay. After settling in, embark on an evening safari adventure to explore the wonders of the park from this incredible vantage point.
Day 3 : AFRICAN SAFARI | MOGNORI ECO VILLAGE
This flourishing eco-tourism village offers canoe safaris to see monkeys, birds, and crocodiles, tours to learn about shea butter production and traditional medicine. Meet with the Local chief and in the evening, enjoy a buffet dinner with performances of the Boma Dance (Boma Dance Dinner associated with Group tour only)
Day 4 : TAMALE | GAMBAGA WITCHES CAMP
Embark on a fascinating journey to a unique settlement where individuals accused of witchcraft have found refuge. Engage with them as they share their life stories and visit the special shrine that offers protection and spiritual cleansing.
Day 5 : BOLGATANGA | SCARED CROCODILE POND
After breakfast, we leave for the Paga crocodile pond located at the north-eastern border between Ghana and Burkina Faso, to visit this sacred sanctuary for crocodiles.
Day 6 : BOLGATANGA | NORTHEN ARTS & CRAFTS
We will visit the African arts & crafts market in Bolgatanga, renowned for its exquisite straw baskets, fans, hats, traditional northern attire, leather goods, metal jewelry, and other unique African crafts.
Day 7 : NAVRONGO | GURUNSI TRIBES
These beautifully decorated structures are a testament to their rich cultural heritage and artistic traditions. This visit offers a unique glimpse into the daily life and craftsmanship of the Gurunsi people, providing a fascinating cultural experience.
Day 8 : WA | FORTIFIED VILLAGES
In Lobi society, the family chief is the sole authority, managing sacrificial shrines and field labor before the elders' council or government. The Lobi are talented artists, creating prestigious statues for spiritual protection, and excelling in music, with many skilled balafon players among them.
Day 9 : ACCRA | FREE DAY
After an enriching journey through the diverse landscapes and cultures of West Africa, it's time to fly back to Accra.
Day 10 : CAPE COAST | HISTORIC SLAVES' CASTLES
The Cape Coast castle, originally built in 1555 played a notable role in the trade of timber and gold before becoming a major hub in the slave trade.
Visit to the Elmina Castle, the first European structure in Sub-Saharan Africa and played a significant role in the region's history. At different times the castle has been used as a warehouse to trade gold, ivory, and eventually slaves.
Day 11 : ACCRA | DEPARTURE
Do the city tour and some shopping and relax. Transfer to the airport, reflecting on the rich cultural experiences and memories
