During a tasting lasting approximately 35–40 minutes, sample three Santo Roots olive oils and one additional variety. Explore their aromas and distinctive characteristics, accompanied by water, apple, bread, and a bruschetta topped with olive oil, tomato paste, and prosciutto.
Continue to the D. Nomikos Industrial Tomato Museum, a historic production complex that reveals Santorini’s tomato-processing heritage. Cancellations
