We provide premium branded towels on board. Just bring your sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, swimwear, and a passport or ID copy (a photo on your phone is accepted).
Please arrive at Heraklion Port at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure.

Please arrive on time, as we cannot delay departure due to port regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by guests or unforeseen events.
Please arrive for boarding 15 minutes prior to the starting time. Our crew member, wearing a DanEri t-shirt, will meet you at the tables of the Marina Café (on the side facing the sea and boats). There is a municipal parking area available at the Marina, with a fee of approximately 5 EUR per day.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
