Learn about how to taste wine and craft your own bottle step-by-step with a sommelier by your side. Determine the qualities of five different Greek rare grape varieties, taste and observe the colors, feel the textures, smell the different aromas, and discover their different characteristics. Assume the role of an oenologist and craft your own blend, to project your unique personality. Lastly, you will cork, label, and wax your bottle of wine in order to take it with you at home!
