• To enter Alhambra, you must have an original of your passport or identity document that matches the information provided at checkout
• Summer hours are from April 1st to October 14th: tours in the morning for the Alhambra are at 10 AM and in the afternoon at 3 PM and 5 PM. Albayzin and Sacromonte tours are at 8:30 PM
• Winter hours are from October 15th to March 31st: tours in the morning for Alhambra are at 10 AM and in the afternoon at 3 PM. Albayzin and Sacromonte tours are at 7 PM
• n the event that you need to cancel your tour, there will have a 50% penalty per person. If the tour is canceled within 24 hours of the start of the tour, there will be a 100% penalty
