Eat your way through Cádiz: market, freiduría, the La Viña neighborhood, and an old sherry taberna. All tapas and drinks included, in German, in a small group of maximum 8 people.
Cádiz eats differently from Seville: more seafood, more fried foods, more sherry. On this tapas tour, you will get to know the city through its cuisine, with Eugenio, a Swiss national with Spanish roots who lives in Cádiz and will show you where the Gaditanos themselves eat.
We'll start at Plaza de San Juan de Dios and head to Mercado Central, Spain's oldest covered market. There, you will try chicharrones, mojama, and cheese from the Sierra de Cádiz and learn what's on offer at the fish stalls. Next, we'll head to Plaza de las Flores and a classic freiduría: pescaíto frito and tortillitas de camarones, a dish that can only be found in Cádiz.
In the fishing district of La Viña, the heart of Carnaval, you can enjoy papas aliñás and mackerel with piriñaca. To round things off, we'll sit in an old taberna and drink Manzanilla and Fino straight from the barrel, just as people have been doing here for generations.
The walking distances are short, a maximum of 10 minutes between the stops. All tapas, one drink per stop and water are included in the price. Vegetarian alternatives are available at every stop; please advise at the time of booking if required.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
