Airport to hotel or hotel to transport transfer.
This service consists of pick up and drop off of a client from hotel to airport or from airport to hotel. In case of an arrival, the client should provide all details of the passengers. Flight details, number of baggages, clients/passengers name, contact number of at least of 1 traveler (WhatsApp). In case of a departure, the same should be provided by the passengers including the residence/hotel room number. For a departure, pick up shall be at least 4 hours before flight take off. For an arrival client should make sure that the right details are provided. In case of rescheduling or cancelation of flight, travelers should make sure to communicate any changes the soonest possible to avoid any misunderstanding. An airport transfer last at least 75 minutes. within this timing the client will reach their destination from any part of the island.

If they are staying in an apartment or smaller residence, they should state the name and address of their location or if possible, a contact number of the host where they are residing. Customer from hotels specially should confirm their room number. As they request such information at the gate for their pickup.
Departure: Pick up starts 4 hours before flight take off. Clients should make sure to clearly communicate pick up time and details of their flight. Pick up is at the hotel lobby or any other place as specify by the client or operator. Room number should be provided at the time of this booking or at the earliest possible. The security will request this room number at the gate for your pick up. Arrival: Pick up at the airport is in the arrival hall itself. You will find a driver with a board with your name written on it. Usually there is no specific place to wait in the hall. As the driver shall be waiting for you at your arrival. If still having difficulties, look at Paul restaurant or at gate 7 you will be pick up from there.

Cancellations

Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
