This is a rescue experience, not a petting zoo — the puppies are in training and healing, so we honor their space and let them come to you naturally.

• No outside pets allowed, to ensure a calm and safe environment for our rescued pups.

• Please arrive on time – doors open 10 minutes before the session, and late arrivals may miss the intro.

• Children are welcome (ages 3+), but must be closely supervised at all times.

• We provide photos and videos so you can focus on the experience, not your phone.

• ‍♀️ This is a barefoot zone – shoes off, hearts open.

• ️ Rain or shine, we’ve got you covered with shaded and sheltered areas.

• By joining, you’re helping support puppy socialization, rehabilitation, and adoption efforts in Bali

  • Personal pets – For the safety of our rescue pups, outside animals are not allowed
  • Food & drinks – Available for purchase at the venue but not included in the experience
  • Transportation – You’ll need to arrange your own travel to and from the location
  • Private sessions – This is a small-group experience (unless booked privately in advance)
  • Dog adoptions on-site – While you can express interest, adoptions happen through a separate process
  • Controlling the puppies – We encourage guests to let the dogs interact freely without correction or discipline

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
