If you request a later departure time and you arrive at your destination too late, we are not liable and we can’t refund your money. Neither we can offer any compensation for missing your connecting boat, train or flight.

We can pick you up and drop you off at any address. However, an additional charge may apply if the address is located too far from the center. After you have provided us with the addresses, we will inform you if an additional surcharge applies.

Additional costs such as parking costs at the airport or train station are not included in the prices and need to be paid directly to the driver. If you are with more than 4 persons, let us know and we will inform you about the costs of a bigger car.

The driver makes his preparations to pick you up and wants to make sure that you are at the agreed place and time. Therefore, full payment is required in advance. The 3% transaction costs are not included in the price.

After your payment you can still cancel the transportation until 24 hours before departure time. In this case you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours we can’t give you a refund. In case you are not on time at the agreed location, the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the driver will leave and we can’t refund your money. In case of a delay please contact us as soon as possible.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
