The QRCODE in the app is unique and is valid for museum admissions (Galleria borbonica, Tesoro di San Gennaro, Museo Filangieri, Museo Divino, Neapolis Sotterrata complesso San Lorenzo Maggiore, Catacombe di San Gennaro) and discounts. This product include transport 3-day city transport pass valid for subway, metro, funicular, bus and streetcar within the territory of the city of Naples. The e-ticket is activated manually by clicking on the "activate" button. We recommend activating the e-ticket near the turnstile. The e-ticket can only be activated if there is an internet connection. Please keep in mind that in some underground stations the internet connection is poor. When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
