• When you book a Small Group Tour, you are guaranteed one tour guide per group of 6 people. Please bear in mind, however, that in order to accommodate families and friends traveling together, we do on rare occasion make the exception of adding an additional one to two guests in order to not split the groups of those that are together. On that same note, you may very well find yourself on tour with less than six people
• As we accept bookings in multiples of six, math doesn’t always work in our favor to help accommodate individual travellers and their families when on the same tour, so we hope you understand and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
You are required to bring and wear a mask
Masks are required while indoors
In addition to proof of vaccination, all participants who are over 18 years old must present a government-issued photo ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc). Participants under 18 may also use a school photo ID. Participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the above requirements. Participants who do not comply with these requirements will be denied entry or asked to leave the theater
All participants who are 12 years and older must present a Reinforced Green Pass that is valid in the EU and has a verifiable QR code. Reinforced Green Passes can only be obtained by uploading either proof of full vaccination or proof of a Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months to either the Green Pass or Covid Certificate app
All participants must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc)
Train Station Roma Ostia Lido, directly across from the Pyramid in Piazzale Ostiense and directly beside the Piramide Metro stop. Your guide will be holding a LivItaly Tours sign.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
