Description

Explore the Amalfi Coast on a budget with this 4-day package of Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii & more. Experience one of Italy’s gems, taste sweet lemon liqueurs, and swim in Mediterranean waters.
Day 1: Naples to Sorrento - Visit of Pompeii
Meet your tour leader in Naples Central Station and start your adventure. After a short ride, reach Pompeii where you will have free time to explore the ruins at your own pace (entry ticket included) or organize with your guide a 2-hour guided tour with a professional guide for a little extra. The trip will continue to Sorrento, overlooking the bay of Naples where your accommodation is located.

Once in Sorrento, after check-in, your guide will take you for an orientation walk and to a limoncello shop where you will be able to taste and learn how this typical liqueur is produced. In the evening you have the choice to join your guide to a local restaurant for an optional delicious dinner and later on for some drinks.

Day 2: Free Beach day in Sorrento
Enjoy a full day to relax on Sorrento's beaches and shop at your leisure. Later, join us for a visit to a stunning natural pool amidst ancient Roman ruins. Watch the sunset, take a final swim, and enjoy a drink with the group. Spend your evening as you wish.
Ask our team about optional activities, including a trip to Capri. Explore Anacapri, ascend Mt. Solaro for panoramic views, visit the Blue Grotto, discover Capri town, and unwind on the beach. Return to the camping village in the afternoon.
Board the boat again in the afternoon to continue the journey, admiring the Grotta Verde (Green Grotto) and Punta Carena & more.
Once back to the accommodation you will be taken for a swim in a spectacular natural pool of emerald water set among the ancient Roman ruins with coastal views at the sunset. Spend the evening as you prefer.

Day 3: Day tour to Amalfi and Positano
Your third day is all about the Amalfi coast and its wonders. During the journey to Amalfi, pass by the Island of Galli (Isola di Nurejev) and Praiano, the quietest village on the Amalfi coast. Here you will have the option to visit the Grotta Dello Smeraldo.

Reach Amalfi at about midday. Enjoy free time, then board the bus again to reach the splendid town of Positano with its cascade of colorful houses, clinging magically to earth. In Positano we will stay 3hrs to allow you to relax on the beach, go for a swim and discover this little gem of the Amalfi coast.

On our last night together if you are up for some party, we have plenty of local bars in town to go to for drinks, dancing, and for the brave ones even karaoke.

Day 4: Sorrento to Rome – Tour of Naples

It's time to say goodbye to the wonderful Amalfi coast. Leave the campsite to return back to Naples. You can’t leave the south of Italy without taking at least a small peek at Naples, home of Italian pizza and Italian customs. Your guide will take you for an orientation walk and will show you the places of interests; San Carlo theatre, Plebiscito square, Umberto I 's gallery, and lots more. You will also be given free time to walk around or visit the Real Palace.

The tour will end at the train station in Naples at 2:30pm.

Please note that this tour is designed for those aged 18 to 45.
It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent, beach towel, sunscreen lotion, hat, sunglasses, swimming suit, and towel.
We will be staying in a camping village located on top of a panoramic hill just 10 minutes walk from the historical center of Sorrento. The accommodation is basic cabin (no tent) with a little deck to enjoy the great views of the bay, it is the perfect location to explore the Amalfi coast for travelers on a budget.

Facilities :
- Swimming pool, mini market, restaurant/bar, laundry service, shuttle service, amazing scenery, and a private beach.
- All cabins have AC. During low season blankets and a heater are provided but we still recommend bringing warm pajamas.
- The cabins are safe and you will lock your cabin when out exploring.
- Towels are not provided but can be rented otherwise feel free to bring your own.
- Wi-fi available at the camping village to be purchased from the reception
Napoli Central Station at 11:30am. You will meet your tour leader at the train station in Naples, in front of the pharmacy FARMACIA DR. LEONE ROBERTO located inside the train station, opposite platform 23. If you depart from Florence or Rome our team can help you organise the transport.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
