If you wish to spend some time in Capri, there wouldn't be much time to go to Positano.
If you wish to be dropped off in Capri and visit it, you can:
1) pay there a tax of 100 euro and disembark at the main port;
2) have lunch in one of the restaurants along the coast and disembark there; this way you will avoid paying the tax.

When should I book?
