Throughout the lesson, your Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Following the demonstration, you can have fun putting your cooking skills to the test.
Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Afterwards, you will be invited to taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wine.

• The cooking class usually begins at 10:00AM in the morning or 5:00PM in the afternoon (if you advise far enough in advance, your guides can be flexible based on your travel requirements)
• All dietary requirements can be catered to upon request (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc.)

• This experience will be held in a local family's home and, for privacy reasons, you will receive the full address of your host after you've booked.
• Only once the booking has been made you'll be contacted and be given the exact and correct instructions about the meeting point.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
