Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office before entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Please note that there are two separate meeting points for the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums tour and transfer is not included in the price.
The customers need to show up at the meeting point 20 mins before to guarantee a smoth departure of the activities.
The Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica can be subject to sudden closures, in this case, the guide you will have an extended visit to the Vatican museums.
A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums.
The Sistine Chapel can be subject to unforeseen closure for religious or political events
To enter the Colosseum it is necessary to pass a metal detector security check, and there might be some waiting time during busy days
The meeting point is located at Largo Gaetana Agnesi, 5, on the second floor of the Colosseo metro station. It is situated in front of the entrance to the primary school. Our staff will be wearing a green uniform with the KnowMyCity logo.
The meeting point for the second part of your tour is in our office located in Via Tolemaide, 10 (meeting time 2:30 pm)

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
