• All visitors to the Colosseum must bring valid ID matching names provided at the time of the booking to the Colosseum to show to the entrance guards
• Failure to bring a valid ID matching the names on your booking with result in the refusal of entry to the Colosseum by the entrance guards
Meet at the Arch of Constantine. Go to the corner of the Arch, furthest away from the Colosseum. The tour coordinator will be holding a sign with our company name at the meeting point. Call, text, or whatsapp our number located on the booking voucher if you're having problems locating the meeting point.
For peace of mind and to reduce chances of getting lost, please aim to be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Our tour coordinators will arrive 10 minutes before the tour time, holding an company sign.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
