• The pilot has the ultimate authority to determine if the weather is unsafe for flight. If your flight is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, you can reschedule or receive a full refund
• Children under 2 years old are welcome as lap children at no charge with a minimum of 2 adults on board. Children of 2 years old and older require an individual full-fare seat
• Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) may alter the planned flight path, or you may have to move your reservation

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
