Required to download Venice Pass App. After purchase you will receive email and whatsapp with info and login credentials to log into App Venice Pass. Important to purchase the product at least before 24 hours of arrival in Venice. Once purchased, you have 2 months to use it. Very Important. Entrance to palazzo Ducale :12 noon - 6 p.m. (any waiting times are due to security checks). Children under 3 years old are free in all sites and museums in Venice. In some private museums the limit is 12 years old. In public museums the limit is 18 years old. There is no charge for public transport for children up to 6 years old.
For many pass attractions you don't need to book in advance. However, some may have limited capacity, so you'll need to book in advance. Full booking details of the individual attractions can be found by clicking on the letter I in My Venice Pass section.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
