Our driver will be waiting for you at the International Arrival Exit for 90 minutes after your flight lands.
We will send you an instruction of where to meet our driver before your booking date.
If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour.
If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee.
If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you.
We plan pick-ups based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pick-up time, driver will wait 30 minute for free.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
