A confirmation email will be sent 3 days before service to reconfirm your pick-up details.
Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp the night before or on the day of your ride.
Please provide your flight number and an active WhatsApp number when booking.
【Airport Pick-Up】
Driver will track your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after landing.
Need a fixed pick-up time? Please inform customer service in advance.
Meet & Greet with name sign is available as a paid add-on. If not selected, a pick-up location map will be provided.
【City / Hotel Pick-Up】
Driver waits up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time and shares vehicle details via WhatsApp.
【Luggage Policy】
Each passenger: 1x 24-inch suitcase. For extra or oversized luggage, book additional seats or notify us in advance.
【Yokohama Port Pick-Up】
Pickups from Osanbashi / Daikoku / Honmoku incur a ¥5,000 JPY surcharge (cash to driver).

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
