Then, taste four different types of sake, including Junmai, Ginjo, and Namagenshu, as well as a seasonal special sake. The lineup is tailored to your preferences, ensuring a fresh experience every time.

Enjoy steamed baby scallops from Tsukiji Market, perfectly paired with sake to enhance its flavors. You can also bring your own fresh seafood or tamagoyaki from the market, and the owner will suggest pairings and share tasting tips.
