Please arrive at the check-in location at least 10 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will not be allowed to board.
There are no restroom stops during the cruise, so please use the facilities beforehand.
In case of rain, a roof will be installed to allow the cruise to operate as scheduled. However, the cruise may be canceled or the route may be changed due to weather warnings, strong winds, or sudden heavy rain.
We will notify you of the cruise status based on the weather forecast at 5:00 PM on the day before departure. The final decision will be made 3 hours prior to departure.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
