This ticket provides entry to Osaka Castle. In addition to historical exhibits from the Toyotomi and Tokugawa periods, you can explore the Toyotomi Stone Walls at the Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum.

Buying tickets on the same day at the local ticket office can mean long waits. However, by purchasing this ticket online in advance, you can skip the line and go straight to the entrance. Just show your voucher (QR code) for quick check-in.

Important Notes:
- Free for junior high school students and younger. Junior high school students must present proof of eligibility (e.g., student handbook).
- Student rates apply to high school and university students (proof required).
*Overseas students are asked to present an International Student Identification Card (ISIC), recommended by UNESCO.
* Visitors who purchase student tickets will not be admitted if they fail to present valid student identification on the day of entry. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
* In case of any issues, we recommend overseas students who do not carry an ISIC purchase an adult ticket to avoid any entry difficulties.
- Once a purchase has been made, it is impossible to make any cancellations, changes, or refunds.
- This ticket can only be used once (re-entry is not allowed).
- The ticket also grants entry to the Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum once (re-entry is not allowed).
- You can buy tickets for up to 10 individuals who will be admitted simultaneously. However, even if the number of individuals admitted at the same time decreases, the tickets will be utilized for all the individuals at the time of check-in, and cancellations or refunds are not possible.

Elevator
All visitors can use the elevator up to the 5th floor. From there, stairs are required to reach the 8th floor and descend to the 1st.
Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Full elevator access is available for those with mobility needs.

Strollers
Upper floors are narrow and can get crowded, so strollers are not allowed inside. Free stroller check-in is available at the ticket gate.

Wheelchairs
Osaka Castle Tower: 7 wheelchairs available, for in-building use only.
Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: 2 wheelchairs available, for in-building use only.
First-come, first-served. No reservations.

Photography
Osaka Castle Tower: No photography on 3rd & 4th floors due to cultural assets.
Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Photos allowed of stone walls only. No video recording.
The tower is located in the center of Osaka Castle Park. It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk there from the nearby stations. Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
