Child rates are for children between 3 and 11 years old.
Infants under 2 years old are free. Seats are also not available. If a seat is required, a child fee will apply.
The schedule is subject to change due to transportation, road conditions, etc., and arrival at the return destination may be delayed. If you are attending during a trip to Sapporo, Hokkaido, please refrain from attending on the last day of your trip. (There is no compensation for bus delays.)
Please be aware that delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic congestion (force majeure) may lead to the cancellation of certain itinerary stops or affect the visiting time. We appreciate your understanding.

The meeting point for both hotels is the lobby on the first floor. Meet-up at 7:50, depart at 8:00 Look for the "Wonder Tour" flag. We will not contact you in advance; please arrive at the meeting point on time.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
