Some activities or stops may be canceled due to severe weather (e.g., heavy snow).
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. Late arrivals cannot join the tour, and no refunds will be issued.
During the Shikotsu Ice Festival (Feb 1–24), Mitsui Outlet Park will be replaced with a stop at the festival for 60 minutes.
On Dec 31 and Feb 25–26, Mitsui Outlet Park will be skipped due to reduced hours or maintenance. Additional time will be allocated to other attractions.
If a small-group tour is conducted using a taxi or minibus, the driver will provide information instead of a guide.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
