• Service available at Haneda or Narita Airport (Terminal 1 or 2) or New Chitose is desired, pick-up is only possible from the post offices there during open hours (Not available for Kansai, Fukuoka, Centrair and Naha airport).
• Open hours Haneda Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:00 weekday only (Terminal 1 Building 1st floor) Closed on the following holidays *2/23, 3/21, 5/3-5, 7/17, 8/11, 9/18, 10/9, 11/3, 11/23
Narita Airport (Terminal 1 Building 4F or Terminal2 Building 3F) weekday 8:30 - 19:00, Sat, Sun and holiday 8:30 - 18:00
New Chitose 9:00 - 17:00 (Terminal Building 2F)
• Late returns: charge of JPY 700 per day.
• Lost devices: flat fee of JPY 25,000.
• Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
• When making a reservation, note that the number of "participants" refers to the number of Wifi routers. If only 1 device is required please select "1."
• You will pick up Pocket wifi at Post offices in airports such as Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, New Chitose Airport, or Centrair Airport. • Pick-up is only possible from the post offices there during open hours. • Please provide flight information on the checkout page.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
