Out of respect for all guests, our tour starts on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late (10 minutes before the tour start time), you cannot join, receive a refund, or reschedule.
We cannot accommodate vegan, gluten-free, or shellfish allergy requests. If you prefer a vegetarian course, please request it in advance (by the day before the tour). Unfortunately, vegetarian requests cannot be accommodated on the tour day.
Please note we cannot guarantee allergy-free meals or cater to dietary restrictions, as food is prepared in kitchens outside of MagicalTrip. While some substitutions may not be possible, we’ll do our best to compensate at other stops during the tour.
This tour is open to participants aged 4 and older. You do not need to cover the guide's food or drinks. Please note other participants may join the tour, enhancing the experience for everyone!

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
