▼Enjoy the Hot Spring at Lake Yamanaka (Stay for about 70min)
Lake Yamanaka is the only lake in The Five Lake of Fuji with natural river outflow. It is also the largest and most shallow lake in the five lakes (only 13.3 meters). Mt.Fuji is reflected in the lake and looks charming. Swans are called “white birds” in Japan. Every year from February to April, despite the cold weather, swans come here to lay eggs. Because the visitors often feed the swans, the swans sometimes swim to the tourists and show intimacy. So the Lake Yamanaka is also called “Lake Shiratori”-- the white birds’ lake. On June 22,2013, Lake Ymanaka was recognized as a World Cultural Heritage site.
