Begin your 4-day private tour from Tokyo by taking the bullet train to Kanazawa. Upon arrival, visit Omicho Market for a fresh seafood lunch. Spend the afternoon in the Higashi Chaya District, where you'll enjoy a kimono dressing experience followed by a hands-on gold leaf workshop. Spend the night in Kanazawa.
On the second day, embark on a morning cultural tour of Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle Park, and the Nagamachi Samurai District. Visit the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art before transferring to Yamashiro Onsen. Stay at a traditional ryokan, enjoy a multi-course Kaiseki dinner, and relax in the hot springs.
On the third day, drive to Fukui to see the spectacular Tojinbo Cliffs. From November to March, indulge in a luxurious Echizen Crab lunch. Experience a private tea ceremony at Yokokan Garden before transferring to Eiheiji Temple for an overnight stay in temple lodging (shukubo). Enjoy vegetarian Shojin Ryori cuisine.
