Your ticket to access Shibuya Sky is only valid for the selected time slot, so please ensure to arrive on time. After purchase, you will receive an official QR code via email, which must be presented for entry. Receipts or booking confirmations will not be accepted—only the QR code will grant access.

Please note that the walking tour starts at 5:00 PM. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes early. This meeting time applies regardless of your Shibuya Sky access time.

In case of bad weather, the rooftop could be closed. In that case, the indoor observatory may remain open, and no refunds are issued.
Meet your guide next to Hachiko Statue at 5:00PM to join the walking tour. Please note that the starting time on your ticket is the exact access time for Shibuya Sky Observation Deck. Late entry is not permitted, so be sure to arrive on time.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
