If the fireworks festival or the yakatabune cruise is cancelled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or supplier-related reasons, customers will receive a full refund.

Rescheduling or alternative experiences may be offered when available, but they will not replace the customer’s right to a full refund.
Please meet your guide in front of Tobu Asakusa Station, near the main entrance. Your guide will be waiting with a sign that says “omotel travel”. The area can be crowded, so please arrive a little early. This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
