Why not enjoy a unique experience in Hiroshima where you can immerse yourself in the spirit of the samurai? You will have the opportunity to learn traditional samurai techniques and etiquette.
You will learn how to grip a wooden sword and adopt the proper stance.
Practice fundamental samurai movements—such as footwork and *suri-ashi* (sliding steps)—and experience choreographed combat sequences based on traditional *kata* (forms). Don a traditional *haori* jacket and step into the role of a samurai!
You can capture photos and videos of the experience, allowing you to take home tangible memories of your time in Hiroshima.

- 30-minute course: Training with a wooden sword (bokuto), basic sword handling, and an introduction to samurai etiquette and movements.
- Uses wooden swords (bokuto) and bamboo swords (shinai)
- Photography and video recording allowed
NOT INCLUDED
- Wearing costumes such as kimonos and hakama
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
