On weekends and Japanese public holidays, the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic conditions or the early closure of attractions. The route, sequence of attractions and duration of stays are subject to flexible arrangement based on actual circumstances.
If you cancel or are unable to join the tour on the departure day due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued for the booking. Thank you for your understanding.
If the group size is small, the driver may also double as the tour guide and provide limited English commentary.
The tour guide will be wearing a yellow vest and holding a yellow flag. After receiving the email, please check the license plate number and the tour guide’s contact information. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure; the itinerary will start promptly. There will be some walking during the tour, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
