Start by crafting your own chopsticks from 10 types of natural wood, including rare varieties (optional). Shape them using a traditional Japanese kanna plane, then sand and oil them for a smooth, glossy finish. Create a chopstick bag and optionally engrave your name or a message in Japanese or your native language.
Next, make ramen from scratch using a special flour blend—kneading and crafting noodles by hand. Choose from four soup bases—tonkotsu, soy sauce, miso, or tonkotsu soy—and prepare chicken chashu. Add your choice of 13 toppings to create your own original bowl. Vegetarian and vegan options are available with advance notice.
Enjoy your handmade ramen with the chopsticks you created, and take them home as a special souvenir, along with a scented bag featuring Japanese aroma oil and an original pouch.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
