Sumo wrestlers work extremely hard to be stronger because their ranking directly affects their income. They know they can make it into a big time only through practice. The morning practice starts before 7:00 a.m. with stretching, warming-up, and a routine of basic sumo movements.
Enter the stable around 8:00 AM when they start practice matches. Be overwhelmed by the sounds as you watch wrestlers hit their bodies together again and again. By this time, you will realize a huge mass of muscles constitute their bodies.
When they stretch to cool down, be surprised to see how supple they are. Have the chance to take photos with them after the practice.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• The sumo demonstration is a serious daily practice and not a tourist attraction and therefore you must follow the instruction of your guide at all times during the demonstration
• You must stay still and refrain from talking to other guests during the sumo demonstration
• Please do not offer any gratuities to your guide as they will not accept them
• Photo sessions with the sumo wrestlers are not guaranteed

The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds

The meeting point address is temporary because there are a couple of sumo stables we are going to take our participants to. Depending on which stable we will actually visit, there are three meeting points; all are in the vicinity of the meeting point address above. We will inform participants of the exact meeting point after booking.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
