IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18.

Please remember to dress warmly and comfortably for the weather. The Canadian Rockies in winter can be quite cold, so layered clothing, warm hats, gloves, and sturdy boots are essential to ensure you stay comfortable and enjoy your adventure to the fullest. We reserve the right to refuse boarding if an individual doesn’t wear the proper clothing for the activities/tours.

By law, appropriate child safety seats are required for children under 6 or weigh less than 40lbs (18 kg). We do not have child safety seats available. You must bring your own child safety seats.

Feel free to bring your own lunch or purchase one at Lake Louise village, just keep in mind that there may be long lines and the food options can be pricey.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
