You will be transported into the world of spirits at a distillery located in a historic monument in Quebec City. You can taste more than 30 varied and unique products!
Upon booking, we will warmly welcome you to our Quebec distillery located at the heart of a historic monument in Quebec City. During this immersive experience, you will discover the history of the distillery, that of its founders, and the reasons that led us to settle in this unique place steeped in history. We will also tell you about the origin and inspiration behind our company name.
Afterwards, you will be taken on a guided visit of our distillery to learn more about the production of our spirits. You will discover the ingredients used, the origin of our products, the different stages of production, and the artisanal methods that make our creations unique.
The experience will continue in our tasting room, where you can sample a wide variety of products explained during the tour. Quebec gins, vodkas, liqueurs, and other spirits will be available. You will also have the opportunity to ask our passionate team any questions you may have. To end your tour, you can take advantage of our gift store to pick up a souvenir of this unique experience.

All you need to do is enter the shop located in a former Memorial Hall. It adjoins St. Michael's Church, across from a cemetery. A sign indicates our “Cherry River” distillery.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
