Upon arrival at Kiambethu Tea Farm, you’ll be welcomed with tea and homemade snacks as your host shares the fascinating history of the farm and Kenya’s tea industry. Learn how tea is grown, harvested, and processed—from leaf to cup.
After the introduction, take a guided walk through the tea fields and indigenous forest. Your guide will explain the different plant species, traditional uses of herbs, and conservation efforts in the area. Keep an eye out for the playful colobus monkeys that inhabit the forest.
