Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
Begin your adventure with a warm welcome from Jossec Safaris in Nairobi. After a briefing, we’ll travel to the breathtaking Samburu National Reserve. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and then embark on your first game drive, where you might spot the “Samburu Special Five” – rare animals like Grevy’s zebra and gerenuk. Relax at your lodge as you soak up the beauty of the African wilderness.

Day 2: Full Day Safari in Samburu
Enjoy a full day of exploration in Samburu! With morning and afternoon game drives, you’ll have chances to see elephants, lions, and more. Return to the lodge for lunch and relax before heading out again. Your experienced guide will share fascinating stories about the wildlife and landscapes.

Day 3: Samburu to Sweetwaters (Ol Pejeta Conservancy)
After breakfast, we’ll drive to Sweetwaters in Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to the last two northern white rhinos. After checking in at Sweetwaters Serena Camp and enjoying lunch, we’ll embark on an exciting game drive. You’ll also visit Kenya’s only Chimpanzee Sanctuary. For night owls, a night game drive is available at an additional cost for a chance to see nocturnal animals.

Day 4: Sweetwaters to Lake Nakuru National Park
Depart for Lake Nakuru and arrive in time for lunch at Lanet Matfam Resort. Known for its stunning flamingos and rhinos, Lake Nakuru is a bird lover's paradise. After lunch, enjoy a game drive around the lake before returning to the resort for dinner and relaxation.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
This morning, we head to Lake Naivasha. After arriving and having lunch at Taphe Guest House, enjoy a boat ride on the lake, where you’ll see hippos and a variety of birds. You can also take an optional walking tour on Crescent Island for an up-close encounter with wildlife.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara National Reserve
After an early breakfast, we’ll travel to the Maasai Mara. Enjoy lunch at Rhino Tourist Camp, then set out on an afternoon game drive. Look for the Big Five in the vast savannah, and enjoy the stunning sunset views before returning to camp for dinner.

Day 7: Full Day in Maasai Mara
Today is dedicated to exploring the Maasai Mara. With morning and afternoon game drives, you might witness the Great Migration. For an unforgettable experience, you can opt for a hot air balloon safari at sunrise for $450. End the day with an optional visit to a Maasai village to learn about their rich culture.

Day 8: Maasai Mara to Nairobi
Enjoy breakfast before heading back to Nairobi. On the way, we’ll have a chance to stop for souvenirs. Jossec Safaris will see you off at your hotel or the airport, leaving you with cherished memories of your incredible safari adventure.
