From Nairobi: 15-Day Kenya and Tanzania Safari with Zanzibar

Embark on a 15-day safari from Nairobi to Zanzibar. Visit Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Lake Manyara.
Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
You will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) at 7:00 AM. The morning journey takes you along the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.

Day 2: Amboseli National Park
This will be a day of game drives, scenery viewing, and relaxation. During the day, you will spend your time in Amboseli.

Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Nakuru National Park
Early in the morning, depart from Amboseli National Park. Enter Lake Nakuru National Park, considered by avid birdwatchers to be the greatest bird spectacle on Earth.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Naivasha
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru on a game drive to Hell's Gate National Park. Arrive at Hell's Gate National Park after a one-hour drive. Once in the park, you have the option of taking a game drive in a safari vehicle or bringing bicycles into the park.

Day 5: Naivasha to Masai Mara
After breakfast, take a boat ride on Lake Naivasha and then proceed to Masai Mara Game Reserve and arrive by mid-afternoon. Then, make your way in the afternoon for game viewing.

Day 6: Full Day Masai Mara
Spend the entire day exploring Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the beautiful Mara situated on the banks of the Mara River. Optional: In the evening, visit the Maasai village for a Maasai cultural tour for USD 20. Learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Maasai people.

Day 7: Mara to Serengeti
Breakfast at 7:00 AM. Take a game drive en route and depart through the South Gate. Drive to the Tanzanian border to arrive around noon. Complete the one-hour process to cross the Tanzanian border. Meet your Tanzanian driver/guide and drive to the Serengeti.

Day 8: Serengeti Full Day
Depart for the endless open plains and breathtaking skies of the Serengeti. A four-hour scenic drive, full day game drive with an evening game drive.

Day 9: Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Depart Serengeti at 7:00 AM. Safari en route to Ngorongoro Park. Dinner and overnight stay at Rhino Lodge.

Day 10: Ngorongoro to Tarangire
Breakfast then depart with packed lunches for a full day game drive in the park. Later, proceed to Tarangire for dinner and overnight stay at Sangaiwe Tented Camp.

Day 11: Tarangire to Manyara
Breakfast then depart with packed lunches for a full day game drive in the park. Later, proceed to Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight stay at Burundika Lodge or similar.

Day 12: Manyara to Zanzibar
Breakfast then transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, dinner and accommodation at The Loop Beach Resort or similar.

Day 13 and 14: Zanzibar
Full day relaxing at the hotel or enjoying the resort facilities. Dinner and accommodation at The Loop Beach Resort or similar.

Day 15: Zanzibar Airport
Have breakfast at the resort and then transfer to Zanzibar Airport to catch your flight back home and say goodbye.
