Explore Kiambethu Farm in Limuru and get a tranquil insight into life on a settler farm. The farmhouse is set in beautiful gardens, surrounded by acres of tea and native forest.
Our driver guide will pick you up at 9:30AM from your Nairobi hotel or airport and start driving to Limuru, arriving at 11am, have a cup of tea or coffee and informally explain the history of the farm and the process of making tea, followed by a chance to see the fields Tea. Then join our Kenyan resident guide for a walk through the native forest, who will identify the plants and explain their traditional use. See colobus monkeys up close and stroll through the gardens, which are home to a variety of birds and flowers. Back inside, enjoy pre-lunch drinks on the balcony with sweeping views of the tea fields and Ngong Hills. Enjoy a three-course buffet lunch from our set menu, prepared with vegetables from the garden, and dessert topped with cream from the Channel Island dairy herd. Then transfer to the airport.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
