Cartagena: Rum Tasting with Live Jazz Music

Get ready to discover the most premium Colombian rums while immersing yourself in a musical atmosphere of jazz and blues fused with Colombian rhythms created by our band exclusively for this experience, all while enjoying a cheese and ham board with nuts and fruit that will make the activity even more enjoyable.

During this experience, we will taste six rums from different parts of the country, each with a great contrast between them, while the live band (made up of five members) transports us musically to the places in the country where these rums are made. I will teach you ways to savor, smell, and taste them, all accompanied by the history of each rum, its production, and its characteristics. My job will be to help you discover the flavors and aromas of the rums while I direct the band to give you a unique sensory experience. After each rum, we will enjoy a unique fusion song that matches the style and history of each rum we taste. The songs will be a fusion of jazz, blues, salsa, Colombian boleros, and a little folklore. These songs will be a show in every sense of the word, as you can even join the band if you wish. We have instruments that participants can pick up and join the group if they want to!

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
