Upon disembarking in Puntarenas, you’ll find the pier is a long structure extending into the sea. To reach our meeting point:

Walk or take the available shuttle along the pier to the landside entrance gate

At the gate, you’ll see many passengers and tour operators

How to Find Us:

Look for our Giotours staff holding a clearly visible sign

The sign will display:

✓ Your name or group designation

Our team will be wearing a white shirt with our logo and ready to welcome you. Once you’ve connected with our staff, we’ll handle all transportation and logistics so you can relax and enjoy your excursion.

Important Notes:

The walk from ship to gate takes approximately 7 minutes

Shuttles run continously if you prefer not to walk

Have your booking confirmation ready for quick check-in

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
