A naturalist guide will accompany you along the trails, sharing their knowledge and helping you discover the amazing diversity of flora and fauna in Corcovado National Park. With the aid of optical equipment (telescope), you will be able to observe species such as howler monkeys, scarlet macaws, occasionally the tapir, and a wide variety of other birds and reptiles up close.
This tour is perfect for nature lovers, photographers, and travelers who want to experience an authentic glimpse into Costa Rica's rainforest, all in one day.
After the approximately 2-3 hour hike (depending on weather conditions) along the designated trails, you will enjoy a picnic lunch within the park, surrounded by the various animals that frequent the area and with views of the sea.
Finally, after a well-deserved rest, you will board the boat again to return to Uvita Beach, where this memorable adventure will conclude.
Important: As part of the National Park regulations and Law 9786, single-use plastics are not permitted (bags, plastic bottles, wrappers, or food in disposable packaging; cigarettes and vaporizers are also prohibited). Upon arrival at the ranger station, park rangers will carefully inspect each backpack to ensure compliance with this rule, which aims to protect biodiversity, keep the forests free of pollution, and prevent animals from accessing food that is not part of their natural environment.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
