This class is designed for all levels, even if you've never done barre before. We create unique experiences for you and your friends. If you like sports, we invite you to enjoy this fun and unforgettable workout. It's a dynamic 1-hour class that combines barre fitness and functional training with club lights and music from the 80s and 90s. The class combines very easy dance elements with other strength and balance exercises. At the end of the class, you'll relax with some stretching and a cool-down.

When should I book?
