This is a quick and easy way to visit 2 countries in 1 day and fit in three beautiful and unique visitor sites as you go!

Start with a stop at the Bauska Medieval castle where you'll have time to go up in the recently renovated tower.
Continue with little Versailles - Rundale palace and its gardens! This is your opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the palace with no queues. Free time to enjoy the palace, and gardens and also to have lunch here, if you wish.

And last but not least - visit the unique Hill of Crosses in Lithuania! Now you can tick off another country in your list as there will be a border crossing!

We'll organize comfy transportation, good and professional drivers, and printout sheets with information about all of these sites so you can enjoy everything at your own pace. Please know that you can bring a cross to the Hill of Crosses if you wish. There are also locals selling crosses on site.

The tour runs if there are at least 3 people booked for the day.

  • Tranfers are included. We'll pick you up from St. Peters church in Riga Old Town with a comfortable car/van.
  • You'll have an English speaking driver who will be with you throughout the day.
  • We have prepared printouts about each location so you can have a written information to learn from on the way, if you wish.
  • There will be an audio guide at the Hill of Crosses that you can use on your phone (must have data on your phone).
  • We'll take care of the entrance ticket for Rundale Palace and the garden.
  • There will be an audio guide at Rundale Palace and gardens that you can use on your phone (free wi-fi available).
  • We'll take care of your entrance ticket at Bauska Medieval castle tower where you'll have free time to check out the tower and the castle ruins (we do not visit the museum in this tour).

  • Lunch is not included in price. You may bring your own snacks and drinks or enjoy a proper lunch at the palace restaurant at your own expense.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
